Can I request revisions?

Yes.
We offer unlimited revisions during the creation process before shipping.
Details such as proportions, facial expression, and overall feel can be refined until you’re happy with the result.

What is your cancellation & return policy?

As all items are custom-made, our policy is as follows:

  • Before production begins:
    Orders may be canceled with a $5 cancellation fee deducted.

  • After production has started:
    50% of the deposit is non-refundable.

  • After the item is completed and shipped:
    No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We provide unlimited revisions before shipping to help ensure confidence in your order.

Can real fur or whiskers be included?

Yes, optionally.
This is a paid add-on service. If selected, real fur or whiskers can be carefully integrated during the felting process, adding a deeper level of authenticity and personal meaning to your piece.

How long does production take?

Each piece is shaped slowly by hand using traditional needle-felting techniques, requiring tens of thousands of deliberate needle insertions to build form, density, and fine detail.
Because of this intensive process, production typically takes 8–12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
A more accurate timeline will be confirmed after your order is placed.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the issue and assist you promptly.

Is each piece exactly the same as the photos?

Our work is an artistic interpretation, not mechanical replication. Because wool felting is a fully handmade, sculptural process, it is not possible to create an exact, one-to-one copy of a photograph.

Instead, we focus on capturing your pet’s distinctive features, proportions, and expression through careful handcrafting. Subtle variations are a natural part of the process and reflect the artisan’s touch, giving each piece its own character and life.
