WoolyPaws specializes in handcrafted, custom needle-felt artwork created based on customer-provided photographs and references.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Each piece is individually handmade.

  • Minor variations in color, proportion, texture, and expression are natural.

  • Exact duplication of a photograph is not guaranteed.

  • Artistic interpretation does not constitute a defect.

  • Handmade irregularities are part of the artistic process.

You understand that custom artwork is not machine-produced and reflects artistic judgment.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate shipping information.

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

5. PRODUCTION TIME & DELIVERY

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Design complexity

  • Order volume

  • Revision process

Shipping timelines are outside our control once the item is transferred to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, custom orders are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • A material production defect is confirmed.

Claims for damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED MATERIALS

By submitting photos or reference materials, you represent that:

  • You own the rights to the materials, or

  • You have permission to use them.

You grant WoolyPaws permission to use the materials solely for fulfilling your order.

With your consent, we may use images of completed artwork for portfolio or promotional purposes.

8. REAL FUR / WHISKER ADD-ON (IF APPLICABLE)

If you choose to provide real pet fur or whiskers:

  • You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping such materials.

  • WoolyPaws is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

  • Incorporation of natural materials may result in slight variations in final appearance.

All natural materials are integrated artistically and do not alter the handcrafted nature of the piece.

9. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or Service at any time.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, and tools.

We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or actions of third-party providers.

11. PROHIBITED USES

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.
