Shipping Policy

1. Production Timeline (Handcrafting)

• Standard Lead Time: All items are custom handcrafted. The current production window is 8–12 weeks from the date your pet photos are confirmed.

• Complexity Factor: Intricate details (such as specific fur textures or markings) may require the full 12-week duration.
  

• Revision Impact: We offer unlimited revisions during the crafting process. Please note that each round of feedback may extend the total production time.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic Shipping (USA): Once production is complete and the item is approved, delivery takes 3–10 business days via standard carriers.

• Dispatch Location: All orders are inspected and shipped from our facility in Florida, USA.
  

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email immediately upon the creation of the shipping label.

3. Order Status & Completion

• Finality: Once the custom product has been completed, approved by the customer, and a shipping label has been created, the order is considered final.
  

• No Returns/Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the item has shipped.

4. Shipping Damage

• Reporting Window: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact support@woolypaws.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  

Evidence Required: Clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damaged product is mandatory for any claim assessment.
